Shipping & Returns

Orders are primarily shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping rates are posted at checkout. If you need your products sooner, we also offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air at the posted rates.

Orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days depending upon where we are shipping the product from and to. Most orders ship within 24 hours (1 business day). However we will contact you by email or phone if your order is delayed longer than 2 business days. Coburn-Myers only ships Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a confirmation along with the tracking number for your package.

We are able to ship worldwide for most of our products. Customers are responsible for shipping, taxes and duties.

We understand that international shipping can be rather costly. When that occurs, we invite our international customers to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives toll free at 800.662.7459 prior to order placement and let us see if we can find a more cost-effective shipping option for you.

If you’d prefer to use your UPS or Fed-Ex account for faster shipping, please contact a Customer Service Representative toll free at 800.662.7459 or enter your account information during checkout.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Coburn-Myers will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the customer is responsible for the return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for orders returned.

If you need to return an item, simply contact a Customer Service Representative toll free at 800.662.7459. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
